Thermoset is a particular polymer which in presence of particular temperatures and specific substances, turns out and becomes rigid, insoluble and not fusible.

It is particularly used in electric and aerospace field and like component to realize gas meters.

Blasting machines which treat this kind of material are able to remove unnecessary pressing residuals, without altering mechanic and dimensional features of the product.

Thermosetting de-burring is conducted by using vegetal or plastic grits, for this reason these plants are equipped with a special pipe which injects a solution of water and oil into the abrasive.

In this way electrostatic effect on the pieces is avoided.

The machine is projected and realized on the base of the sizes and the numbers of pieces that have to be treated.

The plant is always equipped with filter for dust collection system.
