Roller shotblasting machines – SAR

SAR machines type are composed by a continuous roller plane, can be of various dimensions and weights, their lengths are unlimited.
Machine is always equipped with pre chambers, one a t the entrance and the other at the exit, they are used to keep shot reverberation inside the machine.
According to the kind of treatment that has to be carried out, suitable brushes and turbo blowings systems are placed at the exit of the machine.
Their functions is to avoid that the abrasive, remaning on the pieces, is carried outside.
In front of the blasting pre chambers (both at the entrance and at the exit) rollers benches of different sizes could be placed. They are used to load and unload pieces.
